to arrange an appointment and schedule a technicians time. We might recommend our remote access and managed service tools, with which we can work on client workstations and servers as if we were there on the premises. All remote work is billed in 1/2 hour increments .. saving you money! If a problem cannot be resolved remotely, a technician will be scheduled to make an on-site visit.
